Dark academia instrumental project and soundscapes.

For a long time I have been playing guitar and performed live and I really enjoy music. After all these years I thought it is time to make something on my own and put it out there. This is an outlet that I always wanted and now I have some capacity to do it. This is the equivalent of a brain dump but with music. It is not overproduced and it is all a single person doing everything. My thought is that it is better to put something real out there even if it is not perfect or polished than not putting it out there at all. In a time of over produced and over polished and aligned or AI generated stuff I think putting something out there that is imperfect makes sense.

The main theme for Mneme Archives is memory, note taking and atmosphere. I like the Dark Academia aesthetic and I believe the project captures some of that. Or at least my take on it. I do this to explore instrumental soundscapes that will allow the listener to get a sense of history, mystery, and introspection. As with any musical endeavour obviously everyone is free to feel and get whatever they want from it. My part is to put it out there. You part is hopefully to get something out of it.

The project encompasses a variety of musical expressions, from haunting piano melodies to complex atmospheric textures, all designed to transport the listener to a different time and place.
